βTESTER INTAKE: OPEN

SOURCEGEN BETA TESTERS

You get the weird build first.

Beta Testers are the people we trust with unfinished builds, questionable buttons and the occasional bug that absolutely should not have survived five minutes of testing.

WHAT TESTERS ACTUALLY DO

Use it normally. Report what feels wrong.

We care just as much about “this feels annoying” as we do about a giant crash log. Good feedback isn't only technical.

01

Try early builds

Use new features before they land in the normal beta channel and see what survives real projects.

02

Report the ugly stuff

Crashes, confusing UI, broken flows, bad wording, missing states—anything that makes you stop and go “bruh.”

03

Push weird workflows

Source files are rarely clean. Testers are encouraged to throw real, messy projects at new tools.

04

Keep unreleased builds private

Early builds stay inside the tester group until we say they're public. That's the one rule we don't mess around with.

TESTER WALL

APPLY

Want in?

Tell us what you make, what parts of Source you know, and what you'd actually test. You don't need to write an essay.

Heads up

Submitting doesn't guarantee access. We're keeping the group small enough that feedback doesn't disappear into a wall of messages.
