SOURCEGEN / RELAY STARTUP
SourceGen
SOURCE TOOLS, WITHOUT THE MESS
Spend less time wrestling the pipeline. Make the thing.
SourceGen keeps the annoying parts of Source work in one place: model decompiling, QC work, cloud files, chat, profiles, updates and a bunch of little utilities that save you from digging through ten folders.

THE GOOD PARTS
One app instead of a folder graveyard.
SourceGen started as a way to make repetitive Source work less painful. It grew from there. These are the parts we use and care about most.
Decompiler that doesn't hide the knobs.
Drop in an MDL, pick where it goes, and rebuild the source side of the model with QC, meshes, animation data and flex data. The extra switches are there when you need them, not buried behind a wizard.
Decompiler details →Send a project without leaving SourceGen.
Upload, organize, preview, rename, lock and publish files from the same workspace.
Talk where the project already is.
DMs, groups, servers, channels, roles, pins, attachments and presence.
Your own music, inside the app.
Import tracks, rescan the library, crossfade and keep working.
Small rewards for actually using it.
XP, seven SourceGener ranks and achievements tied to creator activity.
NOT A FINISHED PRODUCT PRETENDING TO BE ONE
It's beta. We say that on purpose.
SourceGen is still moving fast. Features change, ugly corners get rebuilt, and testers occasionally find something cursed five minutes before a release. That's exactly why the beta program exists.
Break it before everyone else does.
Testers get early builds, a direct place to report weird behavior, and a permanent spot on the tester wall when their feedback helps ship something better.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND IT
Small team. Very specific obsession.
Azi
Started SourceGen after spending enough time doing Source work the long way and deciding the workflow could be a lot less annoying.
Godwood
Helped turn the project from a personal toolbox into something with a stronger identity, community focus and room to grow.
